Basic idea of it is, three Russians are sitting around chatting over some vodka, arguing about who is the most patriotic.

Ekranoplan is not for all. What about those counting trees in Siberia? Cannot into ekranoplan because of not water, just frozen wasteland. Unfair if some can use but not all. Such is life in Soviet Russia.
